Welcome to Lilium's Compendium, a collection of Muses and the Beau Monde, photography, art and literature.
Amongst its labyrinth halls you can find the Bright Young Things, photographers that captured an era and artists who shocked society. There is also the Library to explore, with scans of rare books and catalogues to read, including the auction catalogues of the homes of Stephen Tennant and Cecil Beaton.
I have also created Stephen-Tennant.org, a research project dedicated to the life and work of artist, poet and socialite Stephen Tennant.
